From version 2.2 Job Monitor will show you both
- reports running jobs (created with run action)
- active scheduled jobs (created with schedule action)
It is a better approach to have all components with auto-refresh in monitor panel. Previously, active scheduled jobs where seen in 'Scheduler management'. There were two identified problems with this :
- functional : because any management section has a a lot of actions that are happening in the same page, some errors appeared with auto-refresh which brought a page expiration and the user was shown the login page
- structural & security : it is more intuitive that all running jobs be seen in the same place
